Heaven Herb Co.,Ltd. a subsidiary of T.MAN Pharmaceutical group was established to produce innovative natural products and health products for distribution in the market by T.MAN Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd, under the belief that Thai herbs are as good as modern medicine.
Therefore, Heaven Herb Co., Ltd. adheres to the principle of “Natureceutical,” which emphasizes the control of key ingredients and the verification of contaminants in natural products from the beginning to the end of the production process. This is to ensure that consumers receive high-quality, effective, and safe products comparable to modern medicine standards with international manufacturing standards

International Standard
The vision of “Heaven Herb” from the past until now is to change the old belief regarding herbal products, and prove that they can be of high quality, effectiveness, and safety at an international level, comparable to modern medicine, following the principle of “Natureceutical.” Therefore, manufacturing standards are of utmost importance to us.
With this commitment, we have become the first traditional medicine and health product manufacturing facility in Thailand to receive GMP/PICS certification, an internationally recognized standard for pharmaceutical production, from the Food and Drug Administration under the Ministry of Public Health.
Not only do we adhere to production standards, but we also place great importance on safety. “Heaven Herb” has been certified with ISO 22000 by UKAS Management System, which recognizes international standards for safety and risk control in preventing contamination, and has been certified with HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point), a globally recognized system for safety management. Moreover, we have also received certification for Halal standards. These certifications are crucial in ensuring the safety and quality of our products.

Raw material quality control starts from the source, before entering the production process. Testing is performed to detect any contaminants or chemical impurities, ensuring that the raw materials meet the required quality standards before the production process begins.

We perform sampling checks for bacteria, contaminants, and heavy metals to ensure product quality and safety at every stage of the manufacturing process. To guarantee product efficacy, we also conduct random checks on the levels of key substances during production, ensuring that the important substance levels are maintained and not lost during the manufacturing process. The levels of key substances are crucial indicators of the product’s efficacy.

The compressed tablet, film coated tablet, and effervescent tablet are produced automatically by machines in a clean room free from contaminants, with temperature and humidity control. In addition, the components of both hard and soft capsules are certified to meet Halal standards.

The products are manufactured using a modern automatic jelly filling machine that has precise and fast volume control and a suitable temperature control system during the packaging process to help ensure that the quality of the products meets the specified standards.
